We offer a 30-calendar-day return period beginning on the date your order is delivered.
For change-of-mind returns, products should be in their original condition, unused or unworn beyond reasonable inspection, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Original packaging and accessories should be included where reasonably possible.
These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly described goods.
2. FREE RETURN SHIPPING
Eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery qualify for free return shipping.

Our customer service team will provide an authorized return destination and a prepaid shipping label or another suitable return arrangement at our expense.
Please do not send merchandise to an unconfirmed address. The authorized returns facility may differ from the business correspondence address.

We will attempt cancellation before dispatch. Orders already shipped may follow our returns process.

For orders of $30 USD or less, any applicable shipping charge will be shown before payment confirmation.

9. UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMER RIGHTS
Eligible UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving an online order of goods to cancel without giving a reason, followed by another 14 days after providing cancellation notice to return the goods.
